1.2 Cancellation Charges:
a) Between 24 hours and up to 12 hours before departure time:
– Users will be eligible for a 50% refund of the basic fare.

b) Less than 12 hours before departure time and at/after the departure time:
– No refund will be provided for cancellations made within 12 hours of departure or after the departure time.

2. Refund Process:

2.1 Refund Eligibility:
a) Refunds are applicable only to the basic fare of the bus ticket.
b) Additional charges, such as service fees or taxes, are non-refundable.

2.2 Refund Method:
a) The refund amount will be credited to the user’s account within 3-7 working days.

3. No-Show Policy:

3.1 Definition:
a) A “no-show” is defined as a user who fails to board the bus at the scheduled departure time without canceling the booking.

3.2 No Refund for No-Show:
a) No refund will be provided for no-shows, irrespective of the time frame.
b) The entire fare for the booking will be deemed non-refundable for no-show scenarios.

4. Exceptions:

4.1 Bus Service Provider Policies:
a) Users are encouraged to review the cancellation and refund policies of the specific bus service provider, as they may have their own terms and conditions.
b) In cases where the bus service provider offers a refund beyond the scope of our policy, users will be subject to the terms outlined by the provider.

5.1 Notification of Cancellation:
a) Users must notify busyatri.co.in of their intention to cancel a booking within the specified time frame.
b) Notifications can be made  contacting customer support.

6. Modification of Policy:

6.1 Policy Updates:
a) busyatri.co.in reserves the right to modify or update this cancellation and refund policy at any time.
b) Users are advised to review the policy periodically for changes.
